Before you begin
Can I keep several domains in the same space?
Yes. Each domain has its own inboxes and authentication settings. The number of domains depends on your plan.
Can agents send without approval?
Approval mode is optional. Agent inboxes also have sending limits and an individual access key that you can revoke.
Can I use Apple Mail or Thunderbird?
Reading and sending currently take place in the web console. IMAP and SMTP are not yet available.
Is this a marketing campaign tool?
No. Sitemail is designed for conversations involving your team, websites and agents, not bulk email or cold outreach.
